Why am I getting an "Error opening file for writing" message when I try to install Quadsum?
If you're running the 64-bit versions of Windows 7 or Vista, you have to install Quadsum in Administrator mode. See the instructions on the Download and Installation Instructions page.
Why can't I see the Quadsum game, the Geominos demo, or the Geominos rollover?
Those objects were built in Flash. If you don't see them, it could be because you don't have a recent version of the Flash Player. You can get that here.
If you're viewing this site in a 64-bit browser, such as the Internet Explorer 64-bit browser that comes with Windows 7, the problem is that there is currently no Flash Player for 64-bit browsers. You need to use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer that also comes with Windows 7. (It's the one that doesn't have "64-bit" in the name.) Adobe is working on a Flash Player for 64-bit browsers, and it should be released soon. For more information from Adobe, go here.

Can you really say that no two Geominos games will ever play the same?
It's possible that two Geominos games could play the same. However, there are so many variables in the game that the odds that two games will play the same are so infinitesimal, especially in the lifetime of any one player, that it's mathematically legitimate to say it will never happen.
How long is a Quadsum gift certificate good for?
A Quadsum gift certificate will expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
Is there more than one solution to a Quadsum puzzle?
Most Quadsum puzzles have multiple correct solutions.
